Brokerage Charges
- Residential / Commercial (with or without fit-out) / Industrial: For any property transaction in these categories, the brokerage charge is equivalent to one month’s rent, payable by both parties involved.
- Renewal of Lease: In case of lease renewals, whether initiated by the lessor, lessee, or an approaching party, a brokerage fee equivalent to 15 days’ commission is applicable.
- Temporary Rental Accommodation:Â For temporary rental arrangements, the brokerage charges are structured as follows:
- Up to 3 months: A commission equivalent to 1/4th of a month’s rent is payable by both parties.
- 4 to 6 months: A commission equivalent to 1/2 of a month’s rent is payable by both parties.
- Any lease beyond 6 months: A commission equivalent to 1 month’s rent is payable by both parties.
- Rental Deposit Exceeding 15 Months:Â In cases where the rental deposit exceeds 15 months’ worth, a commission of 2% is applicable, to be paid by both parties involved in the transaction.
