In May 2023, Birla Estates acquired a 28.6-acre land parcel in eastern Bengaluru with the potential to generate a revenue of Rs 3,000 crore.
Bengaluru: Birla Estates Private Limited, a subsidiary of Century Textiles and Industries Limited, recently unveiled a new real estate venture in Bengaluru’s Devanahalli district, with the potential to generate a revenue of Rs 3,000 crore, according to a statement. Birla Trimaya’s Phase 1, which comprises eight towers and offers 1, 2, and 3BHK apartments as well as duplexes, has been launched by the company. The project is located near the forthcoming BIAL IT Investment Region and is expected to attract a variety of investors, including high-net-worth and non-resident individuals.
We are pleased to introduce our third project in Bengaluru, following the success of Birla Alokya and Birla Tisya, which achieved a booking value of approximately Rs 1,000 crore. With the launch of Birla Trimaya Phase 1, we anticipate a possible booking value of approximately Rs 500 crore.
