Real estate company Prestige Group has launched a new high-rise residential project called Prestige Glenbrook in Whitefield, which is located in the IT hub of Bangalore. The project spans across 4.5 acres and comprises of 285 apartments across two towers with a developable area of 0.7 million sq ft. The project site is situated just five minutes away from the Nallurahalli metro station and is also in close proximity to major commercial hubs, shopping complexes and entertainment venues, making it an ideal location for prospective buyers. The project has a revenue potential of Rs 550 crore and is expected to be a landmark development due to its strategic location and premium specifications and amenities. The apartments range from 2, 3, and 4 BHKs, and residents will have access to a contemporary clubhouse and outdoor amenities.
Earlier this month, the company had announced the launch of its largest township, The Prestige City, in Hyderabad. The township is expected to have a sales potential of upwards of Rs 8,000 crore and will span across 10.5 million sq ft, with apartments occupying about 9.7 msf. The retail mall space will occupy over 1 lakh sq ft. The ticket sizes for the apartments will range from Rs 79 lakh to over Rs 2.5 crore for the larger apartments. The company also plans to launch housing projects across Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai and Goa.
