Prestige Group, one of largest real estate firms in India, is experiencing strong demand for residential properties and is targeting sales of Rs 20,000 crore this fiscal year. The company has already achieved sales worth Rs 11,000 crore, which is close to the sales of the entire previous fiscal year. The majority of sales came from Bengaluru and Mumbai, with a few from Hyderabad.
The company’s pipeline for the next quarter includes projects in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Chennai, with three launches planned. The chairman and managing director of the company, Irfan Razack, explained that the driving force behind their success is the product, which largely consists of mid-income products with units of different sizes. The company is confident that they will achieve their target once the approvals come in and the launches happen.
