The owner lives in London and is an extremely nice guy.

The room is well ventilated with the washroom right opposite of the room.

The flat has 3 balconies and is a corner flat so it’s very airy.

The flat is already furnished with a 5 seater sofa, microwave, kitchen utensils, appliances, etc.

The cook and maid are already in place.

The flatmates are all chilled out BITSians and very accommodating.

A two wheeler parking comes with the flat.

Cost breakdown:

Rent for the room: 17,000 including maintenance.

Rent for the room (starting 1st November): 20,000 including maintenance.

Security Deposit: 50,000

Brokerage: 15,000 (depreciated from actuals)

Setup cost: 6,000 (depreciated)

One time Move in charges to society: 3000 split between 2.

Living expenses:

Cook – 3000 per head. He comes three times a day for each meal, makes amazing food and hardly takes leaves.

Maid – 1333 per head. Extremely efficient and cleans washrooms too.

Washing machine & refrigerator is rented which comes to around 500 per head per month

All other daily expenses are split equally between all flatmates
