Prestige Group, a prominent construction company in India, has recently unveiled its esteemed project, The Prestige City, in Hyderabad. The inauguration of this impressive residential development was honored by the presence of Mr. Razack Sattar, the founder of Prestige Group.
The company asserts that The Prestige City will emerge as the city’s largest township, backed by a substantial investment of Rs 5,000 crore. Situated in Rajendra Nagar, the project will feature approximately 5,000 apartments and villas, comprising a diverse range of housing options, including 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK configurations.
Strategically positioned along the PVNR Expressway and in close proximity to the Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU), this development marks Prestige Group’s expansion into Hyderabad, following successful launches in Bengaluru and Mumbai.
Encompassing an expansive 64-acre area, Prestige City Hyderabad will consist of 4,647 apartments distributed across 13 towers, covering 9.5 million sq. ft, and 119 villas spanning 0.8 million sq. ft. Noteworthy features of the project include the integration of a one-million-sq.-ft retail mall within Prestige City Hyderabad, providing a comprehensive array of amenities and conveniences for the residents.
Presently, Prestige Group is actively engaged in eight projects in Hyderabad, situated in areas such as Nanakramguda, Khanapur, Hitec City, Kokapet, Shamshabad, and Rajendra Nagar. Additionally, the group is poised to introduce an extensive office space covering 3 million sq. ft in Nanakramguda.
